Is your event right for the calendar?

The Events Calendar is not intended to be a promotion channel for every type of engagement available at Stanford. There are simply too many options available to the community for us to reasonably display all of them.

To be appropriate, events promoted on the Stanford Events Calendar are one-time events or a series of related events over a short period of time. The Events website is not the appropriate place to promote a series of related events that will repeat every day for several months, such as a course/seminar, a virtual exhibit, or training/consulting sessions that are available for an extended period.
